Fabulous was tasked with developing a educational pop-up experience to increase product recognition and demand for French Cheese in the national market. Brining the “Make It Magnifique” campaign to life, Fabulous designed a tasting market at Westfield Topanga to inspire participants to enhance their cooking with this masterful ingredient. The design concept incorporated geometric cheese art and an educational narrative into a striking space that welcomed over 2,000 mall shoppers. The activation enabled participants to sample and purchase over 20 variety of cheeses while learning gourmet tips on preparation and presentation. A fun photo-op with a dairy cow motivated social media amplification and brand ambassadors signed-up interested parties resulting in a 18% increase in the campaign mailing list.
